Upon acceptance of the policy, you will get an email welcoming you to the RoadCover Plan including a membership confirmation of the RoadCover scheme together with your very own membership number.
Your document pack, which will contain your RoadCover Welcome letter, Participation Certificate and Brochure, will be sent to you within 24/48 hours, if your preferred method of communication is Email or within 2-3 weeks if your preferred method of communication is Post.
The Member has a 7 (seven) days cooling off period from receipt of this email to examine the Membership. Should the Member decide not to take up the Membership, he/she must inform RoadCover in writing of the intention not to accept, provided that no claim has taken place in this period.
